Thomas Ramge, renowned economic journalist and non-fiction author, gave an exciting presentation on »A.I. - Artificial Intelligence - When People Make Decisions«. Following the talk, chef Taku Sekine, owner of the trendy restaurant »Dersou« in Paris, showcased his menu. A former student of the great star chef Alain Ducasse, this passionate Japanese chef has made French cuisine his own with an abundance of talent and expertise, combining simple ingredients and transforming them into fabulous dishes. It was a pure delight to welcome Thomas Ramge and Taku Sekine to the »Villa Louise«.
