Taku Sekine, owner and chef of the trendy restaurant »Dersou« in Paris, showcased a fabulous menu. A former student of the great star chef Alain Ducasse, this passionate Japanese chef has made French cuisine his own with an abundance of talent and expertise, combining simple ingredients and transforming them into fabulous dishes. It was a pure delight to welcome Thomas Ramge and Taku Sekine to the »Villa Louise«.
