Born in London and raised in America, Alex Dilling began his culinary career with French chef Alain Ducasse. During his time there, the Manhattan restaurant was awarded three Michelin stars in 2008. Dilling himself has honed his skills for over a decade with some of the world's leading chefs.

With his first restaurant, "Alex Dilling", chef Alex Dilling has achieved what others work for years to achieve. Just six months after opening in September 2022, the restaurant in London's West End was awarded two Michelin stars. Small but exquisite, it is located on the first floor of the luxurious Café Royal hotel on famous Regent Street. The London-born chef serves classic and reinterpreted dishes of fine French cuisine.
