Creutz & Partners welcomes Marcella Hansch and Syrco Bakker to »Villa Louise«

Marcella Hansch, an architect from Aachen, presented her »Pacific Garbage Screening« project to the invited guests. Up to 13 million tons of rubbish end up in the sea every year. Marcella Hansch developed a floating comb that could help rid the oceans of this problem. Using technology, education and by creating awareness, the enthusiastic idealist and her team of 40 volunteer researchers have now taken on the plastics challenge.
Following the speech, Syrco Bakker, the **Michelin-starred chef from the »Pure C« restaurant in Cadzand, presented an exceptional menu. The Dutchman is considered a fascinating and outstanding talent, and the hottest potato from the culinary stable of cult chef Sergio Herman. The former sous-chef of the legendary »Oud Sluis« showed off his impressive skills at »Villa Louise« with an easy-going, multi-cultural cuisine that expertly showcased mainly regional products.
