The adviser and author, Prof. Jacques Folon, gave a revealing speech on the topic of new technologies. Folon is considered as longtime expert in this field and a sought-after consultant and coach of the European Commission and various Belgian ministries.
Following the lecture, Atsushi Tanaka, native of Japan and head chef of the restaurant »A.T« in Paris, prepared an exceptionally creative menu for us. Inspired by French, Scandinavian, Spanish and Japanese cuisine, Tanka knows how to interpret the different styles in a modern way and to combine them into visually and tastefully small artworks.
