Prof. Wolfgang Henseler, Creative Managing Director at Sensory-Minds, a design studio for new media and innovative technologies in Offenbach am Main, gave an informative presentation on »Digitisation - Impacts on the economy, society and our lives«.
Following the speech, Bart de Pooter, **starred chef at the restaurant »Pastorale« in Reet, prepared an exquisite lunch. Inspired by artists such as Jan Fabre or Arne Quinze, Bart de Pooter presented harmonious dishes based on local products, originality and transparency. A pleasure for the mind and palate!
