He has become known as a sports psychologist of the German national football team, which he has been mentoring and accompanying to every match since 2004. He also advises and coaches managers under the motto „What we can learn from top athletes“ and is regularly invited to presentations at home and abroad. Christian Bau is a ***Michelin-starred chef at the „Victor’s Gourmet-Restaurants Schloss Berg“ in Perl-Nennig/Mosel. He characterises his kitchen style as „light, contemporary and open-minded“.
