It was a special honor to welcome Tim Boury to Villa Louise for Season 11.

Tim Boury's dishes are modern and light, with a balance between classic and progressive. Tim Boury pays special attention to the origin and quality of the ingredients he uses.

He comes from Nieuwkerke (West Flanders) and started his career in one of the top restaurants "Comme chez Soi" in Brussels. Later, Tim Boury worked as sous-chef at the 3-star restaurant "Oud Sluis" with star chef Sergio Herman. In 2010, Tim and his wife took the plunge and opened the restaurant "Boury" in Roeselare. Just one year later, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star. Gault Millau awarded Tim's cuisine 17.5/20 points and named him "Young Talent" in 2014.

In 2016, the restaurant moved to a new location in Roeselare on the Rumbeeksesteenweg. There, Tim Boury received the "Chef of the Year 2017" award. In the same year, the Michelin Guide awarded the restaurant a second star. Last year, Restaurant Boury even received its third Michelin star.
