Thomas Bühner, passionate ***Michelin-starred chef at the restaurant »la vie« in Osnabrück, once again visited the »Villa Louise«. Thomas Bühner has been one of Germany’s top chefs for over 20 years. His cooking style, which he describes himself as three-dimensional aroma cuisine, is based on the characteristic flavour of each product, the method of preparation and the extensive range of a menu. With his cooking art, he aims at “giving you the taste of good life”. He has now also succeeded in achieving this at the »Villa Louise«, where he was able to convince the guest with extraordinary avant-garde experiences.
