Once again, we have the pleasure of welcoming top chef Sergio Herman to the Villa Louise.

We had the honor of hosting Sergio Herman at one of our cooking events at Villa Louise in 2015 and 2017. We are very pleased to welcome him back to the Villa again this year.

Sergio Herman started his career at the family restaurant "Oud Sluis" in Sluis, where he worked for 25 years. The restaurant was awarded three Michelin stars in 2005 and was listed in The World's 50 Best Restaurants for eight years. In 2010, the restaurant guide Gault Millau gave chef Sergio Herman of Oud Sluis a 20/20 rating. Never before has a chef in the Benelux received the maximum number of points from Gault Millau. Despite this success, Sergio decided to close "Oud Sluis" in December 2013 to focus on new projects. Sergio's current restaurants are "Le Pristine* in Antwerp, Pure C**, AIRrepublic* and Blueness in Cadzand-Bad and Antwerp. He will also open restaurants in Singapore and Tokyo.
