Sebastian Frank **

In March 2025, we had the great pleasure of welcoming the renowned Austrian chef Sebastian Frank, awarded two Michelin stars, to Villa Louise.

Considered one of the most innovative minds in vegan and vegetarian cuisine, Sebastian Frank reinterprets traditional recipes in a modern way, delighting with creative flavor combinations and sustainable concepts. In 2010, he became head chef at the Berlin restaurant « Horváth ». A year later, the restaurant received its first Michelin star under his direction. In 2016, a second star followed. In 2019, Sebastian was named Best Chef in Europe.

It was a great honor and pleasure for us to see Sebastian in action.
