His love of nature and affinity to the mountains enabled him to combine craftsmanship with exceptional enjoyment. Renaut’s cuisine is characterised by its high degree of precision and richness in nuances combined with a masterful use of a wide variety of flavours. It was an honour for us to welcome the holder of the prestigious title »Meilleur Ouvrier de France« at the »Villa Louise«.
