Tim Raue **

Tim Raue, **Michelin-starred chef of his eponymous restaurant in Berlin, served up the flavours of Asia. The Urberliner, known to many from TV formats such as »Kitchen Impossible« and the Netflix series »Chef’s Table«, served the invited guests an Asian-inspired cuisine combining Japanese product perfection, Thai aromas and Chinese culinary philosophy. He was recently the first ever German chef to get onto the list of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. It was a great pleasure to welcome Bas Kast and Tim Raue to the »Villa Louise«.
