Alexandre´s culinary philosophy is influenced by the elements of water, air and earth, though the name of his restaurant already says it all. It was a great pleasure for us to welcome the top chef, who was honoured by Gault&Millau as »Chef of the Year 2017« with his regional fish cuisine, at the »Villa Louise«.
